Taken from back of book:
“Alex Cross is about to be thrust into a case he will never forget. This time there isn’t just one killer, there are two. One collects beautiful, intelligent women on college campuses on the east coast of the USA. The other is terrorising Los Angeles with a series of unspeakable murders. But the truly chilling news is that the two brilliant and elusive killers are communicating, co-operating, competing.”
I found this book to be very frustrating in places and I was left feeling disappointed as I had read other books by the author and absolutely loved them.
There is one chapter in this book that a villain does something that absolutely left me sitting in shock, I was not sure if I was going to be able to finish this book. If this one chapter was left out than perhaps I would have enjoyed this book a lot more.
Overall if I ignore the one chapter I didn’t like this was a good book and I did enjoy reading it.
